Counselling for Survivors and Victims of Sexual Assault & Sexual Violence
Experiencing sexual violence can affect how you feel about your self, your relationships, your body, and your felt sense of safety. You do not have to face these experiences alone. I offer trauma-informed counselling to survivors and victims of sexual assault and sexual violence, providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space to process what you’ve experienced at your own pace.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and relational. This means you remain in control of what you share, what we focus on, and the pace of our work together.
Depending on your needs, we may explore how past experiences continue to affect your current relationships, work with different parts of yourself that developed in response to painful experiences, or use mindfulness and body-based awareness to develop a greater sense of safety and connection.

You don't have to tell me everything that happened. You don't have to report to the police. You don't have to confront anyone. And you don't have to know exactly what you want to work on before you begin.
Our work can start wherever feels safest for you.
You do not need to have a particular label for what happened, and you don't need to be certain that your experience “counts” as sexual assault to seek support. If an experience has left you feeling distressed, confused, unsafe, or disconnected from yourself or others, you deserve support. You do not have to be alone.
